2. Troubleshooting Common Issues

• Headphones not holding charge/powering on:

  1. Use a different 5V charger and cable; charge for at least 24 hours.
  2. Ensure the charger and cable work with other devices.
  3. Reset headphones by holding the Power and Volume+ buttons for 5 seconds.

• Battery discharges quickly:

  1. Use a different 5V charger and cable; charge for at least 24 hours.
  2. Confirm charger and cable function with other devices.
  3. Test playtime at 60% volume after full charging.

3. Connectivity

• Supported Bluetooth Codecs: AAC, SBC, LDAC.

• Pairing Issues:

  • Restart the device, clear Bluetooth records, and reset headphones (Power + Volume+ for 5 seconds).
  • Test with another device.

• Pairing with Multiple Devices:

  • Pair the first device, double-click the Power button, pair the second device.
